Rotary Helps Soap Up Burbank

The Rotary Club of Burbank Noon was proud to participate in a SOAP Project labeling event on July 8, 2026, joining nearly 30 volunteers from across the community in a collaborative effort to raise awareness about human trafficking.

Volunteers gathered to label soaps and makeup wipes that will be distributed to 20 hotels throughout Burbank. The items include information and resources designed to help individuals who may be experiencing human trafficking connect with support services and assistance.

Rotarians from across the region joined forces with local service organizations and community volunteers on May 23 for Rotary’s EPIC Day of Service, turning compassion into action for families in need. Together, participants assembled meal kits that will help provide nourishment and hope throughout the community.

Burbank Community Hits the Jackpot at Rotary Casino Night

The House may always win—but on April 18, 2026, the real winner was the Burbank community.

Rotary Club of Burbank Noon’s Casino Night Fundraiser brought together an incredible crowd for an evening filled with fun, friendship, and generosity. Thanks to the overwhelming support of our guests, sponsors, volunteers, and hosts, the event was a tremendous success.

Rotarians Roll Up Their Sleeves for DIG Day

Giving back started bright and early as Burbank Noon Rotarians joined fellow volunteers at Buena Vista Library and Lincoln Park in March 2026 for a day of beautification and community pride. Together, participants helped keep Burbank's parks healthy, welcoming, and pesticide-free through hands-on service.

Rotary Members Assemble Camera Kits to Bring Creativity and Hope to Kids Fighting Cancer

Service, fellowship, and impact came together in February at Burbank Noon Rotary social as members gathered at VFW Post 8310, The Gudgeon, to assemble camera kits for Pablove Shutterbugs. Funded through a Rotary District Grant, the project supports a unique photography program that helps children living with cancer discover creativity, confidence, and connection.

Rotary and VFW Raise Funds with Pancake Breakfast

A big heartfelt thank you to Steve Mora and Metropolitan Culinary Services for their wonderful donation of food and drinks for our January 2026 Pancake Breakfast! We truly appreciate your support!

We kicked off the New Year with a breakfast of pancakes, sausage, bacon, and eggs at the Burbank VFW 8310 The Gudgeon. If you’re unable to attend, please consider making a donation to help feed a VFW Veteran or a Home Again LA Family Member for breakfast.

Service with a Smile

Service projects don't have to be complicated to make a lasting impact. During a September 2025 hands-on volunteer event, Burbank Noon Rotary members assembled dental hygiene kits for Kids' Community Dental Clinic, helping provide essential oral care resources to local children and families in need.

Red Sand Project Burbank Fights Human Trafficking

In July 2025, our Rotary Club joined forces with Burbank Sunrise Rotary, Zonta Club of Burbank Area and Kiwanis Club of Burbank to host the Red Sand Project Burbank—a community art installation raising awareness about human trafficking. Friends from Rotary District 5280 showed up too!
